About us

WISTECON (Stefan Wirtz Communication Network) is a young company and was founded by Stefan Wirtz at the beginning of 2024.

Wirtz was employed by the West German BroadcastingHe was, among other things, Head of Communications and Corporate Spokesperson for WDR for several years – during this time also ARD Spokesperson. Most recently, he was Strategy Coordinator in the HA Program Management under Program Director Jörg Schönenborn. To this day, Wirtz represents WDR in the Historical Commission of the ARD.

In the years before, he has also gained a wealth of experience in a wide variety of fields - for example, as head of WDR Media Library, for many years as responsible WDR editor of Hard but fair (WDR / ARD) or as editor-in-chief at Schreinemakers Live (Sat.1 / RTL).

WISTECON Depending on the project, we cooperate closely with experienced and well-known production companies.
